Return and Refund Policy
Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items
Some health-related products cannot be returned, including:

Perishable health supplements or food items

Personal care or sanitary goods

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Downloadable digital products

Gift cards
Returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the product manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted for:

Products with visible signs of use

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Items returned after more than 30 days
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Then contact your credit card provider—it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. Processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit. If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, ship it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you’re returning a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
